    In how many day PRODUCT will dispatched ?

    Your order is in process with next 4 hrs of ordered and dispatched in same day or next working day .

  • What are the delivery charges?

    Delivery charge varies with every state .
    For example, Gujarat state charges Rs 60 for per item or per 1kg , if the order weight is less than 1.1 kg While, you will charge Rs. 60 but if your order greater than 1.1 kg you will charge for 2kg order. Every state has different shipping charges.

  • Why COD option is not offered ?

    Currently we did not offer COD option , if we will start , we inform to you via mail.

  • You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India , but please ensure the delivery address is in India.

  • How do I return / replacement an purchased item?

    Conveniently place your return request offline via phone or email if you have received an item in a Damaged, Defective or Not as Described as order.
    Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you have received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
    You can return it to get a replacement within 10 days of delivery from sellers, Please contact us with a replacement request via e-mail or phone. The item will be recalled and a brand new replacement will be shipped to you, at no extra cost.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order before the shipped of your product. You can write us at support@jainproducts.in to cancel your order.
    Your entire order amount will be credited to your ecash account . only in case if you have received a Damaged, Defective or Not as Described order , your entire order amount will be refunded.
    In case the item you have ordered has been shipped , Unfortunately an order cannot be cancelled.
